Artful Impact operates on both a school year and summer schedule, providing a structured, creative learning environment for participants. To ensure consistency and engagement, the program follows a set schedule with minimum attendance requirements designed to help participants gain the full benefits of their experience.

School Year Schedule

• Follows the Tippecanoe County School Corporation calendar, including all breaks, holidays, and weather-related delays or cancellations.

• Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

• Minimum attendance requirement: Participants must attend at least three full days per week
  (21 hours total).

Summer Schedule

• Runs on a modified schedule to provide continued creative engagement.

• Hours of operation: Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

• Minimum attendance requirement: Participants must attend at least two full days per week
  (14 hours total).

Attendance requirements are in place to ensure that participants receive the maximum benefits from the program. By attending regularly, participants will develop strong routines, build confidence, and strengthen their creative and vocational skills. The structured schedule allows individuals to engage in hands-on projects, collaborate with peers, and receive individualized support in a way that fosters growth, independence, and success.

Regular attendance also helps participants establish social connections and become comfortable in a supportive learning environment. Missing too many days can disrupt progress, making it harder to retain skills and stay engaged in projects. Additionally, the program is designed to provide a consistent and meaningful experience, and by meeting the attendance requirements, participants ensure they are making the most of every opportunity available to them.
