To begin, complete and submit the online application form. This form collects important information about the applicant’s strengths, interests, and support needs, helping us determine if Artful Impact is the right program for you and/or your child.

 

Sections include:

• Educational background 

• Vocational experience

• Daily living skills 

• Level of independence

• Communication abilities, mobility, and social skills

• Personal interests, goals, and past work or volunteer experiences

We then use the collected information to assess how well the program aligns with the applicant’s needs and aspirations. Once the application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will carefully review the submission and respond within 10 business days regarding the next steps.
